Sasha Banks and Naomi, were the WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions, left the company minutes before an episode of RAW went live last May because of a disagreement with Vince McMahon over their creative strategy.
Sasha eventually signed on with NJPW and took home the IWGP Women’s Title last month, but Naomi is yet to make a comeback.
Naomi is reportedly planning to rejoin WWE now that Triple H is in charge of the creative department, according to numerous sources. She was expected to make a surprise appearance in the Women’s Royal Rumble match in 2023, but that didn’t happen.
The reason Naomi hasn’t returned is she’s healing from shoulder surgery.
Naomi’s former tag team partner Cameron, a former WWE Diva, was questioned about Naomi’s future in the company during a recent Golden Ring Collectibles virtual signing.

“She is recovering from shoulder surgery. I want her to answer the question for herself. I know she’s recovering from shoulder surgery.”
