Former WWF/WCW Writer Vince Russo recently caused a sh*tstorm on social media after he pointed out that WWE Monday Night RAW drew the lowest-rated hour in its 1993-2022 history.
The former WCW World Heavyweight Champion then took to Twitter to defend his comments and told all the WWE Fans (calling them ‘WWE Marks’) that they can unfollow him.
Here’s what Vince Russo tweeted:
“Seriously-all @WWE Marks, please FEEL FREE to unfollow me because I simply stated that RAW just did its lowest rated hour in the show’s history. That will surely turn their trajectory around. Unfollowing me, who holds them ACCOUNTABLE, will CLEARLY make RAW a better show. M*rons.”
This week’s RAW drew 1.56 million viewers with a 0.41 rating in the 18-49 demo, which is down from last week’s 1.69 million viewers with a 0.40 rating.
The 3rd hour of this week’s RAW has set the record for the least viewed hour for an episode of RAW on the USA Network: 1.26 million.
This episode of RAW also set the record for the highest 1st hour to 3rd hour audience drop: 28%.
RAW faced stiff competition from Monday Night Football, which drew 11 million viewers.
The last two matches on this week’s RAW were Dominik Mysterio vs. Akira Tozawa and Becky Lynch vs. Alexa Bliss vs. Nikki Cross.
