Sami Zayn is currently enjoying the best spell in his WWE career so far. He has been aligned with the Bloodline and is doing complete justice to the role of Honorary Uce in each of his segments with the heel faction.

Zayn also did a commendable job at WrestleMania 38 in an Anything Goes Match against celebrity stunt performer Johnny Knoxville and also single-handedly carried the whole build-up to the match. His storytelling prowess is now visible in his segments with the Bloodline and has garnered worldwide praise.

The former NXT Champion recently spoke with Sports Illustrated and discussed what he could have become if he did not opt for wrestling as a career.

“I would have gone into teaching and something in the humanities. English teachers were the only ones that didn’t hate me. They were the only ones who saw my potential. Math teachers, they were always fed up with me. Even now, my days are somewhat numbered as an in-ring performer. There is still meaning to me in passing on the knowledge I’ve been able to accrue over the past 20 years now.”

Sami Zayn is shceduled to face Kevin Owens and John Cena in a tag team bout on the 30th December episode of WWE SmackDown. He will be teaming up with the Tribal Cheif Roman Rrigns.
