Ricky Starks has spoken on various topics this week including that of CM Punk and William Regal apparent release.
After being suspended from All Elite Wrestling, CM Punk’s position within the organization has been in doubt.
Following his controversial outburst during the All Out 2022 media scrum and the accompanying “brawl” incident, CM Punk was demoted and stripped of his championship by All Elite Wrestling.
His employment position with the corporation has been in flux ever since and now “Absolute” Ricky Starks appears to have given an update on the situation during a recent interview before he challenged MJF for the AEW World Championship.
The AEW wrestler spoke candidly about Punk’s position within the organization in a recent interview with DAZN. He only had kind things to say about the two-time AEW World Champion. He continued by praising William Regal.
Starks also shared his disappointment over the fact that neither of them were a part of AEW anymore
