Renee Paquette (formerly known as Renee Young) is a Canadian television personality, sports broadcaster, and actress. She was born on September 19, 1985, in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Paquette began her career in broadcasting as a host for The Score Television Network in Canada, where she covered various sports, including basketball, hockey, and football. In 2012, she joined WWE (World Wrestling Entertainment) and became a backstage interviewer and commentator for their various shows, including Raw, SmackDown, and pay-per-view events.

She left WWE in 2020 and took time off and pursued her family ambitions with Jon Moxley.

In 2022 she returned to pro wrestling with her Sessions podcast.  Before signing with AEW as a backstage correspondent.

Renee Paquette shared a photo on Instagram featuring herself alongside WWE Hall of Famer Lita. The wrestling icon, who made a surprise comeback to WWE and won the Women’s Tag Team Championship with Becky Lynch, appears to have visited Paquette at her podcast studio, where she hosts “The Sessions.”  It’s not known at this time if there has been a recording made or just friends sharing a catch-up.
