This year witnessed a captivating rivalry in the women’s division of WWE when Liv Morgan feuded with the Baddest Woman on the Planet Ronda Rousey.
It all kicked off when Morgan won the Money in the Bank contract in July. She cashed in her contract later that night after the match between Natalya and Ronda Rousey and managed to wrap the SmackDown Women’s Championship around her waist. She also defended her title against Ronda at Summerslam and controversially managed to retain it.
Fast forward to September, the two superstars again faced off at extreme Rules and this time the former got the better of the latter ending her 98-day reign as world champion. Liv Morgan recently appeared on Twin Talk with Haley & Hanna Cavinder and commented on her feud with the former UFC champion.
In the interview, Morgan said that she is not fond of Ronda Rousey anymore. However, she revealed that Ronda was one of her first friends in WWE.
“Since our title feud, we’ve steered pretty far away from each other. But beforehand, I think I was one of her first friends here in WWE. That’s why when I won the title, she respected what I did and she was actually happy for me. But yeah now, no I don’t like her anymore.”
