Jim Ross spoke this week about Tony Khan’s work-life balance, during this week’s episode of “Grilling JR” podcast.

The veteran explained how the All Elite President’s numerous projects have engulfed his life, similar to Vince McMahon.

“So [Tony Khan] doesn’t really have a life; his life is the products he manages,” Ross said. “In that respect, he’s McMahon-like because Vince has no life other than the wrestling business  “Because he’s a one-man band,”  “He’s tremendous in how he manages all the projects and they’re not mickey mouse projects. You’re talking about a major soccer club in England, you’re talking about an NFL franchise in Jacksonville.”

Aside from running a major wrestling promotion, Tony Khan is also the co-owner of the NFL’s Jacksonville Jaguars NFL team and also CEO of the English soccer team Fulham F.C.

Furthermore, he has now acquired ROHand appears to also want to run that himself and book it.

At some point, something has got to give and fail as this is to much for one person to control alone and not release the reigns to others to help out.
