Tommy Dreamer, the former ECW World Heavyweight Champion, recently shared his thoughts on the upcoming AEW All In PPV show during an appearance on Busted Open Radio. He expressed his desire for AEW to invite two-time Intercontinental Champion, Bret Hart, to the show, which is scheduled to take place on August 27th, 2023, at Wembley Stadium in the United Kingdom.
Dreamer suggested that bringing Bret Hart to All In would provide an excellent opportunity to make money from a fan convention. Hart is a legendary figure in the world of professional wrestling, and his appearance would undoubtedly draw a massive crowd of fans.
Dreamer stated –
“You do that weekend a fan convention, and you’re gonna make a sh*tload of money off of that as well. I feel this will be a success and it will do really well. If I do the fan experience, I’ll also try, I don’t know if he has a deal, but I know they have a deal with Owen Hart. I’ll bring in Bret Hart to make an appearance. That’s just me, I’m going balls to the wall, that’s what I’m doing,”
Bret Hart is one of the most beloved and respected figures in professional wrestling history. He had a legendary career in the industry, winning multiple championships and putting on some of the greatest matches in wrestling history. Fans around the world still hold him in high regard, and his presence at All In would be a major draw for the event.
AEW President Tony Khan has made it clear that he wants to bring the best wrestlers in the world to All In, and it’s easy to see why he would be interested in bringing Bret Hart to the show. Hart’s legacy in the industry is undeniable, and his appearance would help to add even more prestige to the event.
In addition to the potential financial benefits of bringing Bret Hart to All In, there are also many intangible benefits. Hart is a master storyteller and has a deep understanding of the psychology of professional wrestling. His presence at All In would undoubtedly help to elevate the matches and storylines on the show.
