CM Punk has not been seen on AEW TV since his infamous brawl with The Elite at All Out in September, which led to the suspension of all parties involved. He also got legitimately injured, so he has been recovering and rehabbing it in the meantime.
However, a recent photo that he uploaded on social media seemingly suggests that he is preparing for a return to the ring. It looks like Punk is almost back from the shoulder injury he sustained during his world title bout against Jon Moxley:

The latest reports have suggested that Punk was willing to return to AEW and “do business,” but nothing has been made clear. The Chicago native did respond to close friend Dax Harwood requesting everyone to make up and think of the bigger picture, so it remains to be seen how all parties involved sort out the issue to facilitate the megastar’s return.
