Brock Lesnar didn’t want to work with Kevin Owens. With some of Road Dogg’s other comments, perhaps Triple H might want to muzzle him a little. I’m sure Triple H hearing his executive saying one of his top stars, Lesnar, doesn’t want to work with a guy whom he is pushing, the one Kevin Owens. That might be a hot issue for Triple H to see out in the public. Great for sites such as ours though.

Regardless, this is what Road Dogg said on his podcast, “I want to clarify, it is not that he did not want to work with Jinder. It’s that he really thought he could have a better match with AJ. So, I just wanted that to be clear. Look, I don’t think I’ve ever heard of Brock saying I’m not working with that guy. Well, I did, I did hear that with Kevin Owens, but only him.”

There were rumors that Brock didn’t want to work with Jinder Mahal, who was the WWE champion at the time. Road Dogg clarified that by saying it was Kevin Owens whom Brock Lesnar refused to work with, and only him.

AJ Styles vs Brock Lesnar is considered one of Lesnar's best matches since his 2012 return.

Brock Lesnar and Kevin Owens have worked together however. ProfightDB records that they wrestled one on one at a house show in 2017. That is their only one on one match. Further, both Owens and Lesnar were part of the Fatal Five Way match at Day 1 earlier this year.
