WWE Superstar Big E has not been featured on WWE television for quite a long time now. Earlier this year in March, the former WWE Champion suffered a broken neck after being at the end of a belly-to-belly suplex from Ridge Holland. However, he has been very active on social media providing constant updates about his health.
Speaking of one of the most active superstars on the WWE roster, Bianca Belair is currently on top of her game as the RAW Women’s Champion. She defeated Becky Lynch at WrestleMania 38 this year to start her first reign as a world champion.
Though Big E has confirmed in a recent interview that he will be out of action till March 2023, he has commented on who he wants to work with when he returns. He stated that he would love to work with Bianca Belair and praised the RAW Women’s Champion for being authentic.
“Bianca,” Big E immediately replied. “Do you see what that woman does in the ring? That’s an athlete. She’s ridiculous. She can do it all. She’s so authentic and she’s just herself, and that’s all she needs to be, so I’m just a big fan of her. That’s a slam dunk answer. That’s easy, that’s Bianca.”
Big E has never previously teamed up with with Belair WWE. However, he had joined forces with with Carmella in the 2018 Mixed Match Challenge tournament, but failed to get out of the first round.
WWE Star Big E update
Former WWE champion Big E has been sidelined since suffering a broken neck in March, and his New Day stablemate Kofi Kingston recently provided an update on his recovery.
Kingston told Steve Fall of NBC Sports Boston that Big E is progressing well, though there still isn’t an immediate timetable for his return.
“He was actually roller-skating the other day. I was like ‘Oh my God, is he OK? You’re all right, man?’ He’s coming along and he’s in great spirits,” Kingston said (h/t Gunjan Nath of Ringside News). “We’re just kind of taking it one day at a time.”
